About the author – Isaac Kroll
Isaac Kroll was born and raised in Alanson, a small town in Northern Michigan, where he remained until he graduated in 2020. Although he graduated valedictorian from a class of 12 people, he decided against going to college in favor of pursuing his dreams. The first of those was to publish a book, one which resembled a journal of his high school experience but also contained all the poetry and artistic writing he had created during that time. Thus, A Collection of Thoughts came into being, straight from the pages of his notes app.
A COLLECTION OF THOUGHTS
A Brief Delve into the Poetic and Distraught Mind of a Distinctive High-Schooler
A Collection Of Thoughts is everything to me. It includes nearly all the poetry, prose, and a good chunk of the things that went through my head in highschool that I deemed worth writing down. I created it to help people, whether they feel alone, are having trouble moving forward, or need a visual to take their mind elsewhere. But those in a stable state of mind can appreciate the concepts, flowing word-choice, and variation in meter and rhythm too. So kick back, grab your favorite snacks, and prepare to be taken to familiar roads and distant shores. I hope you find something to hold onto. From my soul, Isaac Kroll
